Choose between Sim One Step (single-phase evaluation, $25K-$100K) or Instant Sim Live (direct access, $10K-$60K). Meet the profit and risk objectives to access a simulated funded account, then withdraw 80% of your profits every 21 days.
No. All instruments are futures-based CFDs. They replicate real futures prices but are not actual CME, NYMEX, or any other regulated exchange contracts. All trading takes place in a simulated environment.
The drawdown floor equals highest historical balance x (1 minus max drawdown %). Every time the balance exceeds its previous high, the floor rises proportionally and never goes back down. This is the industry standard model used by Apex, TopStep, and Bulenox.
For Sim One Step, no single day can represent more than 40% of the profit target. For Instant Sim Live, the limit is 25%. This ensures performance is distributed and replicable, preventing traders from hitting targets through a single aggressive day.
