TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. LEGAL FRAMEWORK & GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Scope of Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) dictate the professional relationship and legal obligations between the participant of the Fewpips IB Program (“IB,” “you,” or “Affiliate”) and Fewpips (“the Provider,” “we,” or “our”).

1.2. Service Provider:

Fewpips is the administrator of the referral services and reward infrastructure (“The Program”).

1.3. Binding Nature:

This T&C constitutes a foundational part of the commercial Agreement between the IB and the Provider, becoming active upon the electronic conclusion of the Sign-Up process.

1.4 Primary Objective:

The intent of this Program is to facilitate the introduction of new, organic users to the Provider’s products in exchange for performance-based incentives.

3.1. Application Path:

To join, you must first create a standard user account on the Fewpips platform. Once registered, you must apply specifically for "IB" status via the IB Dashboard.

Fewpips reserves the unilateral right to reject any application that does not meet our standards for brand alignment or influence.

4. CLIENT ACQUISITION & TRACKING

IB must exclusively use the links and banners provided within the Fewpips Affiliate Portal. Using unauthorised codes or third-party tracking scripts is a breach of this Agreement.

A commission is triggered only when a Visitor follows your link, accepts cookies, and completes a purchase within the 90-day window.

5.2. Holding Period:

Earned commissions are held in "Pending" status for 8 calendar days to account for potential refunds or transaction disputes.
